Are Electric Vehicles actually the future? Toyota has other plans...
We hear alot about Electric Vehicles (EVs) and their impact on global commodities. We have already seen prices rise significantly in recent years. However, what if EVs were just the stepping stone onto another technology?
BMW have been telling us there is not enough Cobalt to go around, but Toyota is already streets ahead working on the next technology. The technology behind the UBER of the future (provided it doesn't get kicked out of London) might be packed full of PGMs instead. So it is time to take profits on my Cobalt 27 shares?
This month's event is based around determining whether the hype about Electic Vehicles is justified. You will hear from both a battery metals analyst and a car manufacturer or their views.
Benchmark Minerals Intelligence
The specialists in Lithium, Graphite, Cobalt and Nickel forecasting will give their market outlook on the impact of EVs, as well as other types of battery technologies.
From the company that gave us the world's first hybrid car 20 years ago, the industry leader in hybrid and battery technology will share what they have learnt about batteries and what technology they are investing in for the future. Hint: its not batteries.
